Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and will require signing for. We only stock a small range of products but list a larger range on our website. This is so we can keep our prices down. If your product is out of stock we aim to have it to you within 5 working days. You are able to select the courier and service speed you require at checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We will do our upmost to ensure your products arrive in the condition they were dispatched. On rare occasions products do get lost or damaged in transit. In which case you should contact us via phone as soon as you are able to do so.
