Delivery Information (UK Mainland)
Delivery is charged at £6 on all orders under £50. Orders above £50 qualify for free UK delivery. Additional charges may occur for other areas.
Get It Fast Products
Get It Fast orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day, orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following Working Day (Mon-Fri).
Orders are sent via DPD and you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details. If a mobile number is placed on your account DPD should send you an estimated hour for arrival.
If your order doesn't contain the Get It Fast Logo and you require a fast delivery please contact us as we may still be able to help.
All Other Products
All other products carry a 3-5 working day delivery time. Orders sent directly from suppliers use a verity of couriers.
Large orders may be sent via pallet delivery and may take slightly longer, in this case one of our representatives will call you. If you are concerned that your order may be shipped on a pallet please contact us.
We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We will do our upmost to ensure your products arrive in the condition they were dispatched. On rare occasions products do get lost or damaged in transit, in which case you should contact us via phone as soon as you are able to do so.
